Even though I've been home loads this month, I'm still feeling slightly homesick. Our house is always a full one. I took this video last year. It was the week before my sister's wedding, and I think we must of been over tired with the 'week before the wedding' things that I felt it was a good idea to dance around with masking tape.

The hoops are back in action. Maybe it's this hot New York summer that's making me throw my hair up in a high bun, layer my grandmother's necklaces, and paint my lips red with emojis. It's 91 degress outside today. Ice coffee this morning.

Good morning :) Happy Monday. How was everyone's weekend? This is what mine looked like. This month has been a crazy one, a weekend of hanging out in bed is exactly what I need. I've put the final touches on the Fall '15 collection which will launch in the next couple weeks. Can't wait to show you it. x -C

I was on my way back to the city when I took this. There is something about train rides that makes my brain want to think about the meaning of life. It likes to drill me with questions like -why can't we just stay down at the Jersey Shore and buy ourselves a beach house with the money we don't have, and sip on margaritas everyday with the money we don't have, why are we going back to that crazy city, it just means work etc.etc. My heart pulls me back to the city and keeps my adrenaline running, while my brain likes to slow me down with all the boring logistics- like buying a beach house with the money I don't have. Just a couple Million I'm sure. Just. In other news, isn't that view glorious? Every time I stop to look at views like this, I'm reminded of all the views I haven't seen. I'm not waiting around though, the fall collection is launching in the next few weeks, and I'm in the process of designing the winter collection. Full speed ahead. Operation let my work guide me to places I see on Pinterest. #CoffeeTalk

So I'm a little jealous of the powder room that is soon to be covered in this 100% custom ckd wallpaper mural. This is just a sneak peek [color is still in works]. Yup, the full mural will span 7FT.
