Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@candicekayedesign.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, our team will make sure this is corrected.
WALLPAPER: Once wallpaper is installed, Candice Kaye Design is not responsible for damaged or discoloured wallpaper. The Buyer is responsible for proper installation by qualified professionals adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
IN-STOCK ITEMS: In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
