Does this next choice come from chaos or from peace?
It’s a question I’ve been asking myself with every decision lately. There’s something deeply calming that happens when you choose yourself. It doesn’t always make things easier in the moment, sometimes it actually makes them harder, but it makes them clearer. And in the long run, it makes everything lighter. Something shifts when you fully decide to choose yourself. Not halfway. Not conditionally. Fully.
Beyond what’s expected. Beyond giving endless second chances. Yes, there’s grace in that but there are also moments where you have to step away from chaos, from drama, from anything that pulls you out of alignment. And instead, you move toward what feels like a full-body yes. The kind that feels grounded, not reactive. I’m learning to pause. To take a moment before I respond, before I decide and ask myself:
Is this peace, or is this chaos?
